Lake and Mountain view is a stunning luxury apartment on an old
school site with its traditional stone work. The building is roughly
5 minutes from the town centre of Ulverston and 2 minutes from the Hoad
monument and is very close by to the nearest pubs and restaurants with
casket ales and good food.

Renting the property is set at a minimum of £195 per week with the
maximum exceeding no more than £500 this amount is dependent on the
number of people staying and the season of booking.
A £25 deposit is needed to secure your booking, the final balance
is due 7 weeks before you arrive at the holiday cottage. On the basis
of no payment made on the due date then the booking will be
cancelled or allocated to the next enquiry.
If the subsequent rental is not taken, then there will be a refund
of the money paid, this is subject to availability of dates and the
option of re-booking. When leaving the property please ensure that
you leave it in the same condition as you left it otherwise an
administration charge with be required for extra cleaning.
Smoking is not permitted on any part of the property, we do welcome
pets in to the house, and we do accept guide dogs.
